Not having traveled since 2019, we decided to move up to the Retreat class. A few weeks before the cruise, we were notified by the shoreside concierge to look for a specific location to drop our luggage and that we would be escorted to the ship from there. Well, when we got to the ship and asked for this drop off area, no one knew what we were talking about so we dropped our bags with one of the porters. Subsequently, our priority luggage delivery left much to be desired as our bags arrived about 4:15 pm.

The room was fine although temperature control was poor and the ability to control the temperature of the water in the shower was difficult. Strangely, when turning the cold water knob first, no water came out but if turned after the hot water was on, the water cooled. Also, getting in and out of the jetted tub was an adventure. I did it only once and my with saw my issues and didn't try.

Another issue with the room was that we could only store one suitcase under the bed due to all of the bedding and life jackets stored under the bed.
