This cruise has long been delayed and postponed due to COVID. Began in Quebec where embarkation was very impressive. Very smart to have check in times. Cabins have much less storage space. The safety video is smart but very annoying to get MULTIPLE emails indicating the need to watch it. Someone should fix this. The 24 hour Sheehans is nice to have as a backup for meals. The restaurant reservation struggled to listen to our request which was not that demanding. The Excursion desk indicated they would assist in getting my group on to the same excursion. They failed to do so despite there being six empty seats on my excursion which would have been fine for my four companions. The excursion desk blamed the bus. Can't blame the bus when it's NCL's excursion. The Summer Palace is beautiful and staff are incredible. Food was fair to good. Onion Soup could have been Campbells. The Onion Soup at the French Restaurant was incredible. The system for getting us off the ship for excursions worked well.
