Sail Date: Oct 2022
Cabin: Deluxe Veranda Stateroom

I have waited since 2017 to take this cruise on the Mississippi.

Unfortunately, it was cut short after 6 days due to Coast Guard closing the river.

We had to leave after Vicksberg and were bussed to Memphis to fly home.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Veranda Stateroom

The cabin was nice with veranda outside. Beds were comfortable and bathroom nicely laid out.

Port Reviews

New Orleans

We visited World War 2 Museum, very well done and interactive. We had a nice dinner at Court of the Two Sisters.

They had a forty dollar special that included salad, main course and dessert. The fried catfish was huge portion, and just the right amount of breading.

Vicksburg

WE went to the battlefield and seeing the hills and valleys you could see why there were so many injured and dead.

We had a tour guide who really knew his facts and made the tour informative and enjoyable.

The tour was purchased on the Viking ship.
