We chose this cruise for our honeymoon to Hawaii from LA. The crew were absolutely wonderful and couldn't have done enough for us. The entertainment was very good but I felt there were too much reliance on singers rather than varied performances and everything shut down at 11pm. We mostly did the trivia and game shows which were excellent. The medallion was a fantastic addition! Embarkation and disembarkation were super easy because of it. We both loved the convenience of the app but sometimes our orders would be wrong or fo missing and we had to fight some charges on our account. The ship is very old and there were noticeable issues with the engineering and decor. Our cabin was clean but dated. The toilets on board seemed to be always broken. A lot of the gym equipment was out of service the entirety of the cruise. The food was quite bland and the menu lacked variation. Personally I wasn't a fan of the dining room set up as it felt very claustrophobic and service was quite slow. I don't think ill be back to princess again but that being said we may have just been too young as we are in our 20s and princess tends to be more geared towards the 60+ market.
