Very disappointed in Regent. Not the quality Regent experience we expected after highest recommendations from friends.

AIRPORT TRANSFER - baggage came quickly, then we waited over an hour for the transfer agent to take us to the bus.

PRE-CRUISE HOTEL - Beverly Wilshire was lovely. Large room with French doors out to a patio. Luxurious and excellent service. Regent breakfast was good but served in a huge, large, loud banquet room.

Penthouse Suite

SUITE - Lovely. Penthouse C had a spacious living area, small walk-in closet, smaller bathroom. Veranda door was difficult to open; butler said it was that way for safety. Very clean suite, excellent service. Butler kept the bar well-stocked. Evening canapes quite good. Included laundry service was a big plus. Clean clothes were returned in a hanging bag and tissue-wrapped box.
