Four couples last minute to take the Margaritaville at Sea cruise. Since we all live locally easy ship for us to take and the two-day itinerary worked out fine. My wife and I have been on multiple cruises on a variety of ships from middle end to super luxury. As long as you know what you are getting into this cruise is OK. The ship is 30+ years old with small cabins. State rooms and all public areas apparently all recently renovated and are fine as long as you understand no balcony and small. The JWB up charge steak house not worth the money. Food and service both mediocre. Fins, the main dining room was actually much better and no upcharge. The entertainment ( of course a Jimmy Buffet review) was really good. The Piano bar was obtrusively loud and impossible to sit in. Bottom line, for a quick two-day cruise at the low price the trip is fine as long as you realize that you are not going on a luxury cruise
