Our ninth cruise with P and O. There won't be a tenth.
A cruise we would describe as unacceptable from prior to departure until disembarkation.
Prior to departure we started to keep an eye on the website in order to book the speciality restaurants. They never became available to pre-book. On checking with P and O we were advised that we must have missed the opportunity and would need to book onboard. More to follow on that.
Cabin Review
The cabin on deck 11 was tired.
However the once daily visit by our steward was enough to keep it clean.
