We choose this cruise as we had heard great things about P&O and wanted to explore PNG. Unlike we were so disappointed from the moment we stepped on board. We were on the 14th floor and the entire hallway was filled with black mould and smells so toxic. The ship is so old and has had no maintenance in years. There is rust, old paint, old carpet everywhere. The balcony room is tiny with only one small chair and two single beds. No toiletries provided, fridge didn’t work or telephone. We purchased the premium internet package it didn’t work at all and they wouldn’t refund as we pre purchased and they told us they can’t honour or refund anything pre purchased. Same with all our shore trips that we pre purchased P&O cancelled and won’t refund for 6 weeks.

Customer service on the ship is disgusting, never been treated so poorly.

The entertainment is so poor very d grade, all P&O promo is off all their ships entertainment put together totally scam. The only ok show, you had to pay extra for.

Cabin Review

So small, full of mould, not clean, no where to sit. Rust all over outside balcony area.

Fridge doesn’t work shower so small can’t move. Old and mould shower curtain. No Covid clean done as rubbish under beds and last guests stuff left in cabin
