Sail Date: May 2022
Cabin: Balcony

This was a transferred cruise from the med because of Covid. We have a 15 day sail away balcony once we arrived on this on it was 10 days in a below decks small cabin, the ship was half empty and they wanted to charge us over £1200 for an empty balcony cabin which is what we booked in the first place. The service and food was excellent as usual on cruises but the entertainment was the worst we have ever seen, dance group only did 3 shows on 10 cruise and the infill was so poor it was a joke. We had a bit of rough weather one night and we missed the last port and then arrived 9 hours late to Seattle, NCL did nothing to help us move on so we missed a day of our onward holiday and lost money and after asking for tips back an answers and compensation was told this is standard terms and conditions so tough. The way they handled our complaint and I know at least 10 other couples how were going to complain about the cruise and quality.

And then sent debt collectors after us after we said we was not going to pay for an excursion, absolutely disgusting.

We waited 3 years for a cruise and this has quite frankly put us off cruising again with NCL.

Pokey and small not what we was expecting the ship is old and everything is tied and worn out. The A/C is noisy and barely works
