I am not a fan of online reviews. I don't like Yelp or Trip Advisor for this reason I hate the idea of hurting people's jobs. In this case I have to let everyone know how unhappy and awful Norwegian was to us.

My wife and I took our mothers on a cruise because we thought it would be easy and a special way to be with the both of them. My mother in law is in early stages of dementia and although self sufficient, lives alone we need to be near her 24 hours a day so she doesn't get lost etc. When I booked I discussed this with the booking person at length. I had no expectation of any extra special treatment just for notes.
