This cruise was most certainly the worst we have ever had, even budget cruises. The ship itself is beautiful, extremely clean and big.
We had a balcony cabin on deck 9 at the rear of the ship, we were concerned about vibrations, being on the stern of the ship, but it was no problem at all, except when docking when the side thrusters were used but that was felt all over the ship. The cabin is one of the best we have ever had, a bit narrow but plenty of space, the balcony smaller than most and the furniture not the most comfortable. The bathroom is adequate but the shower cubical extremely small, I'm not large at 5ft 7in and 12 stone but I just couldn't have a comfortable shower in there. They have soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower and soap dispensers on the hand basin, if you like to have a flannel for washing take your own because they do not provide one. I would think that wardrobe and drawer storage space would be a bit tight on anything over a 14 night cruise.
Cabin Review
The cabin was great, a bit narrow but quite long. Being on the stern of the ship people walking past on the corridors was no problem.
Extremely small shower cubical although the bathroom itself was adequate.
The walk to and from any of the ships facilities was quite a trek most times, especially the theatre, but this is because the ship is so large.
