We chose this cruise in order to visit the home of my maternal ancestors (Norway...specifically Stavanger!). Part of our original itinerary was changed because of the war in Ukraine but Viking made up for it with more time in Denmark and Norway.
If we would do this again, we would be sure to extend our trip with more time in Stockholm at the beginning. Our time there was way too short!
Our excursions were well-planned and informative. The highlights would include an organ concert in Gdansk, the Vasa museum in Stockholm, our 'RIB' boat ride at Stavanger, and our bus and train excursion out of Eidfjord.
