NCL has become a joke for a cruise line.

1. Free Drink Package - The pool bar is the only open on most days. The big sports bars was never opened and the back bar that holds 100+ people was open one afternoon. If the bar was opened it was 5 pm. And you could never ever get service. To the bar for 90% of our drinks yet a $3 service top charge was added. We prepaid tips SO NO NEED for NCL to provide service. Plus a local tax on every drink so you will pay something. Don't try and figure out your bill, even the staff will say they can't.

2. Regular Dining Room - Regular dining room food was ok far from special BUT the service! Had same waiter twice and he was worthless. Party of 6. Missed a soup and/or salad both times without apology. Would service 6 rolls and 4 butters. Ask for extra rolls, he wanted to know if they were all gone. Then ask for butter, he said how many. How many??? How about enough? The second time I ask for 61. So I guess NCL wait staff is now in charge of roll and butter distribution? Read more
