We booked the flight in 2020 and then had to let the reservation (money) stay with Viking.

Originally we booked with business class upgrade and expected it to be entirely seated in business like it has been on previous trips. When Viking booked the outbound flight from Austin to Washington, we were placed in coach class. We checked with Viking and were told business class only applied to overseas flights. Read more
