The service from the staff is top notch. Excellent customer service!! The cabin staff, the restaurant staff and bar staff were all so friendly and helpful at all times. I felt very well taken care of. The spa treatment was excellent, and I loved the spa pool. Our dinner at the chef’s table was excellent. The ship was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of concierge help booking/changing our excursions. Even our day at sea that was unplanned due to winds and tides was very enjoyable. My only disappointment was not enough time in some of the ports. Especially not enough time in Venice. Due to the new laws about cruise ships not being able to dock there we needed to take an hour and a half ferry to reach Venice. And due to tides and winds, we were delayed two hours. Therefore, we only had four hours in Venice, which is not nearly enough time. I highly recommend Viking cruises and have already booked another Viking cruise.
