this was our first trip going to Alaska, we have done the carribean cruises so this was a always one we wanted to do. On the whole thee ship was great. the service was very good and the food even the buffets were outstanding. Now to two small complaints the ship has a capacity for 4004 guests and this trip only 2700 were on board. So you would think they would not have run out of coffee for the rooms after the third day? With NONE to be had for the other 4 nights. Other concern over one half of the ships restrooms i visited Had NO soap in them and were never refilled? Figure that one out? Also the sea was too rough for us to make one of our scheduled stops in Ketchikan and i realize it is not the ships fault but a paultry 50 dollar food credit would have been nice nothing was offered. I spoke to other passengers who cruise with Norwegian a Lot and was told it's 50=50 for them to do provide anything. Also the other gripe is you were charged extra charges on gratuities depending on location that were not announced anywhere and they do give you a daily listing of events and a one line note on there would be appropriate. I'm glad we went but been there done that
balcony mid ship was fine
nice but not much to do for the long time we were there
