We chose this particular cruise as we wanted to sell across the Atlantic after a European vacation. First and foremost the ship is absolutely beautiful! In addition to being beautiful, it was spotless! Staff are constantly cleaning! We were fortunate to be on this particular cruise that left from Portugal across the Atlantic to the Caribbean. There were about 1100 guests and over 1300 staff. We had two minor complaints, the food and the wine. We had the upgraded drink package, but still chose to buy wines at dinner to get a better quality. Many people love the food, I’m just a little particular. The wait staff in the restaurant, pool area, casino area were great! Service was a 10 out of 10! The SPA team were fabulous! We spent lots of time (and money) there, but incredibly pleased with the services! Because there was an abundance of staff we rarely waited for anything. We agreed we’d cruise MSC again!
