I wanted to try MSC and this seemed a good price for 12 days out of Southampton. Bad choice.
With over 5,000 adults AND 1500 children but only 1700 staff, it was complete bedlam from embarkation to final day home.
The staff were completely overworked and overwhelmed.
Cabin Review
Cabin was nice, larger than normal as was the bathroom.
Beds and pillows were lovely.
