Where do I begin! This was a terrible cruise. First the ship was beautiful and newer. However it was extremely short staffed, lacked so much as far as entertainment & food! The food was so disappointing in the dining room and especially in the buffets! The staff was incredibly rude and probably overworked from them being short staffed! The drink package was a waste of money because getting a drink was nearly impossible! The private island was nice but again it wasn’t adequately staffed! My husband was given diamond status match prior to sailing and it had ABSOLUTELY no perks to it! They ran out of cokes and the wait in the lines were unbearable! This was the worst, most exhausting cruise ever. It took us 3 hrs to board the ship and 2 hours to disembark. The cruise was so bad they offered every state room a $50 credit in an effort to save face! It was the worst cruise experience I’ve ever had! First and last MSC cruise!
