MSC Meraviglia Port Canaveral. It started with a 4 hour delay. Thousands of people waiting outside in line for more than 4 hours. No announcement. No communication. Only to find out this was all the fault of Customs and the Coast Guard. This embarkment was totally unacceptable. The entire cruise was a big let down. After arriving on the boat at 6pm, computers were not working properly, no one was able to get a drink for 30 mins or longer, long wait lines for everything. The wait staff was totally confused the entire time. Drinks were terrible, food was not impressive. After arriving on day 2 to Ocean Cay, we weren't welcomed by anyone, no welcome drink, no music, just left on your own and with no notification at all, they closed the food court at 2pm without notice. Food on this island is terrible. Not even worth eating. I could go on and on, but who cares. The icing on the cake was debarkation, they made us leave our room at 8am just to stand in horrific lines until 11:30. Never will I sail on MSC Again.
