I'm giving this cruise a two star and not a one start, because of the service in the boat. The service staff what really good. But the experience was really really bad. This is the first and last time with any MSc cruise. It was a 5-6 hour check in process. Even the people at the counter were complaining that they changed the system on them with no training, for my wife and I took 20-30 minutes in the counter for ckin. They had no regards for anyone, including elderly or handicap. Everyone was on the same bad service "boat". Once the cruise started it was ok, the cruise inside is nice, food ok and service inside the boat good. Avoid the Butcher Cut restaurant. It was really bad, you can eat a better steak even at Denny's. After your cruise ends, then the other nightmare starts, getting out of the boat. 2-3 hours of lines, fist fights, screaming etc etc. Again total disregard for everyone. AVOID this cruise line. never again.
