I chose this cruise because it went to several countries in the northern part of Europe- new places for my husband and me. From the time they pick you up at the airport to the time that they drop you off at the next airport (at the end of the cruise), they are working to make it the best trip ever. Unlike some other cruise lines, there is a free excursion included at every stop, along with other choices that can be purchased, if you so choose. We went on some that were included, some that we purchased, and all were informational and enjoyable! There is some kind of entertainment each night in the main theater, along with other entertainment interspersed in the afternoons and evenings, at other places on the ship. We enjoyed many evenings in the main theater, and I made it a point to find the pianist, wherever she was playing, and many afternoons- she had a variety of music, and was clearly very talented.

The food was quite good- we took advantage of trying the different restaurants- all included, you simply had to get a reservation. My favorite of all was their chocolate ice cream, which they made fresh every night. It even beat the gelato that we have had in Italy!

Our rooms were very comfortable, and were attended well by their staff. We took advantage of the laundry this time, and even our underwear came back clean, folded and boxed!
