This was our first Mississippi River Cruise. American Cruise Line was fabulous from the moment we stepped onboard. American Jazz was beautifully appointed and the staterooms very roomy with a private furnished balcony. We so enjoyed the top notch nightly entertainment and cultural programs offered daily. We were able to explore many historical landmarks on excursions led by their knowledgeable guides.

The dining room was well appointed and offered a variety of delicious meals using locally grown ingredients. I found the food superior to any of our other cruise experiences. The nightly cocktail hours were complimentary as were beer and wine at lunch and dinner

The ACL staff were not only professional and courteous but went out of their way to insure guests were well taken care of during the entire voyage. The crew worked well together to insure passengers were enjoying their stay and had everything they needed.

Cabin Review

The cabin was nicely appointed and quite large with plenty of storage space and sliding glass doors leading to a furnished balcony.
