Excellent weekend cruise getaway with extended family. It was great to get everyone together on a cruise after years of being locked down due to covid.
As experienced cruisers we know what we like to do and had a very enjoyable time. This was our first cruise with two young kids and everything went smooth. Staff was always friendly, accommodating, and the kids club was terrific.
Embarkation was extremely easy and the new Carnival setup gets you on the ship very fast. Add in the new muster station process, and starting the vacation is super easy and stress free.
Cabin Review
Scenic Ocean View
We had cabin 9199, scenic oceanview room. The room was incredible, highly recommend, and we are so happy we upgraded to a higher tier room. With young kids we weren't comfortable with a balcony, and this was a great choice. In addition to the giant forward facing window, the room is significantly larger than other rooms. We had plenty of storage and did not feel tight at all, even with a crib and couch setup as a bed.
