It was cold, or it was luke warm which was miserable for showering or not. The toilet stopped flushing a few times and on the final day, the toilet was repaired and the sewage smell was awful. We received a $100 credit and an apology for not repairing the issues, but we were told that the water was fixed after the first time, which it was not. On some days the food was either decent or good and excursions were nice except for being rushed or not having enough time to really enjoy. I really enjoyed the ATV ride in Montego Bay, Jamaica but there was only about 30 minutes afterwards so it was not enough time to enjoy the beach or sit down and eat. Carla was a really good tour guide on the way to the ATV excursion. Cayman Islands was nice, but there was not any excursions really interesting. But we found a ocean side restaurant off the ship on our own accord. Cozumel Mexico was fun. The twister boat excursion to the beach was amazing. Pepe and Aldo ensured it was fun and very safe. Carmen met us at the beach . She was very informative and ensured we enjoyed ourselves. The outdoor massage and fish tacos were great! There was a tequila tasting. The salesperson was dishonest about pricing. He gave a sales receipt with Mexico pricing. He told me it was $150 in US dollars, but the bank showed it was $170 so make sure you understand the Mexico pricing. You also pay taxes on cigarettes and alcohol when you leave the ship in Galveston.

This was my first time cruising with Carnival and I do not foresee cruising with them in the future. The water and toilet got to me. An hour after us leaving another cruise was happening. So sad because the water and toilet was not fixed.

I thought there was a curfew for kids. OMG kids were roaming at 1, 2 am. They were in the way when staff was cleaning. They were loud and obnoxious during movies, jumping in the pool after hours when it was closed. It was absolutely annoying and made events non enjoyable. Where was security? Why were they not enforcing curfew or just doing their job?
