My wife and I travelled aboard the Valiant Lady accompanied by her parents and we found the cruise absolutely phenomenal!!!! We have all cruised a fair number of times with different cruise liners (pre-pandemic) however this is our first time with Virgin Voyages. The ship is modern and a whole different style from all the other cruise ships in operation, the crew look happy and vibrant every day as if it’s a great company to work for, the food and dining experiences are just incredible (not ideal if you are wanting to maintain a slim figure…sooo much food on offer) and the other passengers onboard just get on with enjoying their cruise as there is sooo many options for everyone. An area we found relieving was not being hounded by crew to have photos taken in every port or during embarkation (because there aren’t any hooray) and the public announcements were bare minimum…so no pesky tannoy calls about what’s happening in the main areas in 5minutes time!

The bands you wear for the cruise work wonderfully and the large size of our inside cabin was an impressive surprise; even the tablet in the cabin to operate everything resulted in the wife and I to look into getting ourselves one installed in our own house at home!!!!!

Well done Virgin…we are already looking into our next cruise with you for next year!!! Bravo Zulu!
