We had a very good time on the cruise but with limitations. This is an older smaller ship and you can't expect all the bells and whistles on the bigger newer ships. The service by the staff was excellent although you could tell they were short staffed in the lounges.

Our cabin was a jr suite and was fine. It had a nice sitting area with lots of storage space and a decent sized bathroom. We had no issues with anything except only two outlets by the main desk.

Food was fine. We ate in the main dining room and the service was excellent. There were a few hiccups like a cold soup and overcooked steak but it was quickly fixed. We ate at the 8pm sitting and it was fairly empty. The wine list in the main dining room was poor but we found drinkable stuff. We did have lunch in Izumi and that was excellent. Probably the best on the ship. Food in Windjammer was poor. An oddity was that from 3pm - 6pm you only could get food from two small cafes. A small sandwich or bad pizza was all available. This was really unacceptable when your dinner is at 8pm

Cabin Review

Jr suite was excellent. Great area for sitting and bathroom was big for a ship. Only two outlets by the main desk. Lots of storage space.

Port Reviews

Cozumel

We went to Playa Palancar beach club. This is a fantastic place. Great beach, no entrance fee. You can rent a beach lounger if you want. We were a group of 10 and rented several loungers and also used a couple of tables under a palm tree. It was wonderful. Very good food and drinks. Extremely reasonable pricing.
