3 in a row on this particular boat in the last 6 months. I won't get into all of the specifics, but I am a platinum member a few weeks short of being diamond. I also cruise royal caribbean and norwegian.

Here are a few things that happened. A few........I could write a lot more.

1st one - room flooded. Carnival left me in a room where floor was completely wet for two days. The room smelled like a sewer. I literally had to walk on wet floor that they never even dryed. I can't make this up people. I finally went to guest services and they moved me after another 6 hours of waiting. They didn't upgrade my room and never offered any comps. That was also surprising.

Cabin Review

Beds on all three cruises were bad. Uneven, or too soft or too hard. Now I was on an inside cabin, but it was bad on all three cruises. To be fair, I didn't complain. Maybe they would have switched the beds out?
