Chose this cruise because of previous reviews& wanting to try an upscale cruise. Extremely disappointed due to cancelation of excursions even before encountering Fiona! This ship may have been renovated recently but that did not prevent two backups of our shower within our 11 day stay. There was confusion among staff, lots of them around but not much getting done! There is a lack of supervision as well as training. Food lacked taste, variety, was overcooked and staff never checked to see if dinners were even edible! Service improved after my midtrip review was received. Entertainment is lacking with very little variety. The fact that our return was delayed by a disabled tender caused us to miss our flight and incur additional cost, probably due to aged cables. The cost of this cruise was twice what we normally pay. Overall, I will not recommend this cruise line to anyone and strongly suggest they put this ship out to sea, literally.
