Our Cruise was on the Iona to the Norwegian fjords on a 7 night cruise starting 17/9/22.

I was disappointed how unfriendly and sometimes rude the bar and restaurant staff were. There were some really friendly exceptions but these were few and far between. This was our first P&O cruise but we have travelled withe Royal Caribbean and Carnival so our expectations for this trip were high.

There was also no ability to book a table for 8, not just on the woeful app, but also in person. The service is better in a Weatherspoon's pub than on the Iona. Perhaps P&O should utilise a better app for those who wish to use it, to help reduce the queues for those who don't. Another suggestion would be the ability to get your wife a drink on your card, if you have the drinks package. Queuing twice because my wife had popped back to the room really annoyed me.
