always thought Celebrity was great but bad experience on this past Mexican Riviera cruise - ship is outdated using old key card system and use cards in casino - very tight on rewards in casino too along with no smoking - not even a room nearby or a smoking lounge or they used to smoke on 1 side of slot area. Extremely rude Pitt Bosses. The limits are higher than Las Vegas making it harder for people and especially seniors to gamble. When I asked the one pitt boss if they could lower limits especially at slower times, he basically told me "then don't play" ! Food was ok but the desserts all taste the same and the pastries in the coffee shop area are like old stale crap! Mattress was like a rock and the TV is bolted to wall so you can't swivel to watch in bed. Room attendant was very good and most of the service areas were good. No since in wasting money n Specialty Restaurants - not that great and the food in the regular dining room is just as good. Sailed with Celebrity for 25 years and have one more booked - if it's like this one, I'm going back and sticking to Princess!
