This was my 8th cruise and second on NCL. From embarkation to disembarkation, the cruise was a disappointment.

Embarkation: Prior to the cruise, we were told repeatedly that no test was required for vaccinated guests. However, the night before the cruise, NCL decided to require the testing - at OUR expense. When we got to the port, we had no idea that we would spend 3 1/2 hours in line waiting for a test. I'm a senior - no seating or water was offered until we literally begged.

They were unable to complete the testing of all of us as there were literally thousands of us in line so they just let us all go onboard. Those of us who paid for the test at the end never got results. I wound up contracting COVID on the cruise, despite being fully vaccinated and boosted.
