Sail Date: Aug 2022
Cabin: Family Inside

We booked this cruise since we had sailed on the Breakaway before, and we were looking for a cruise we would enjoy with our sister in-laws and husband.

We also appreciated that we were able to book a specific window to check in(12:00-12:30).

Two days before the sailing date, we received an email that the check-in had been changed to 4:00P.M. to10:00P.M. we had flew up from Georgia for this trip, so we had no backup and got to the terminal a little after 4:00. We checked our luggage and we instructed to go upstairs. Then we were sent outside to a line that extended at least a mile and a half. There were people older than us and families with children standing and sitting on curbs. No explanations were offered. Four and a half hours later,we finally got though security. Obviously, this put a damper on the cruise.
