We selected this short cruise as a good way for us to treat ourselves to Queens Grill and try it out. It was a good job that we did this , as we were extremely disapointed and will never waste our money on the Grills experience again.

Starting with embarkation. We don't think Cunard understand the meaning of "Priority" in Priority Embarkation. We were herded into the same queue as everyone else. Not only that, but queued for 30 minutes on the airbridge with heaters blasting out hot air, on an already hot day. Not to mention the queue going back to the escalator in the terminal, causing a dangerous situation at the top.

Despite this, we were looking forward to our Queens Grill experience. Read more
