Beautiful new boat saturated with Disney IP. The design of this boat is fully targeted towards children, especially those under 10 and as there are lots of spaces and activities for them. But for adults there is not much but chopped up and spread out all over the place small locations, extra free drinking/tasting experiences and mediocre food (even at their signature premium dinning restaurant Palo). I have been on many Disney Cruises 10+ and I am a Disney Castaway Cay Platinum Level (and love the Dream and Fantasy ships), but with the WISH someone forgot to use ergonomic common sense of how to use the space on the ship to maximum benefit (except for children 10 and under).

The crew which normally are stellar on Disney's other ships are on The WISH undertrained, have surprisingly weak English skills, and generally indifferent (which I found mind-boggling for a Disney product). Unscientifically almost every guest, like 90% negative, I talked to had a passionate complaint (or 5) about the crew and the service... angry cruisers!

Lastly, Disney devotes a massive amount of space to luxury watches and handbag retail - I mean it is comical how much space (which is more than the main retail store of the ship). And, and, and... this luxury space is ALWAYS EMPTY of guests! My head hurts trying to solve the rationale of this use of space.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom

Cabins are brand new, beautifully decorated and very functional. I love Disney's split bathroom design. Lots of storage. Excellent cabin temperature control. Comfortable bed, but on the soft side. The cabins are BY FAR the stars of this ship.
