We booked this cruise back in May 2021, excited to see the fjords in Norway and to sail on a brand new ship. We found out at the check in counter that our bid went through from Haven cabin to an aft facing Owner's Suite! We were so excited! That's where our excitement ended. We have sailed in owner suites on the Jewel and the Dawn, and this cabin was a joke! No vanity to do make up or hair, no work station, very tiny dining table, lighting that requires a PHD to figure out, bathroom so small with minimal storage and no towel racks, shower with no bar to for ladies to shave their legs. (On a side note, a regular balcony cabin has those things!) Wife ended up sitting on the bedroom floor to apply makeup and had to unplug the coffee maker next to the front door to curl and style her hair.
Ship design: we actually liked the subtle colors, but that's about it. The sculpture display outside was a nice touch, but that meant no walking or jogging track, No grand atrium, VERY high end/expensive shops, entertainment venues (besides the main theater) are so small reservations are required (not an issue if in Haven), not a lot of inside seating for the buffet, the Indulge food hall (which we loved), the Local (miss O'Sheehan's). There is a lot of outside seating available for dining which would be fine in warm weather, but not for Norway or any cold weather climates.
The staff on the ship were awesome, so friendly, hardworking and helpful!!
