Cabin: Neptune Deluxe Veranda Suite

The morning cruising glacier bay was the scenic highlight of this cruise, which we selected because it was a different route from the inside passage cruise we'd been on. At the last minute, we upgraded to a Neptune suite, which made the cruise a more comfortable and enjoyable week - spacious room, giant balcony, lots of comfortable furniture inside and out, king bed. We appreciated the neptune lounge just down the hall, free laundry/ dry cleaning and priority everything. Service was absolutely impeccable, from the delightful room stewards to the dining room waiters. The Eurodam is a smaller ship and it never seemed at all crowded. The entertainment and nature lectures were good, the B.B. King lounge being the big entertainment highlight. Our only complaints were with the sometimes mediocre food quality/preparation in the dining room and the beverage plan in the have it all pkg (limited to drinks/wine $11 and under, often didn't cover what we wanted).
