Carnival is there to take your money but not there to stand by their service.The boat was in poor condition like our phone didn’t work and the shower door didn’t close.They won’t refund money easily but take it fast.Also people with disabilities have a rude awakening. I can’t even get ahold of them to ask for a refund .Lesson learn I have a list of things go wrong. Couldn’t go to dining room because of my husband scooter they set us to far back. Was told I didn’t have a transfer to airport even tho I show them receipt they said “maybe I didn’t pay my bills” Also to get a refund and questions ask took 6 trip to guest’s service for a total of 5 1/2 hours of my time.Never saw our steward and didn’t get any notification of coming attractions but other on the ship did get them. Room was so hot sweating all the time.Can’t call anyone cause the phone didn’t work so off to guest services again and again and again.
