We chose this cruise to go to Bar Harbor, Ma. but did not get to port there. Hurricane Fiona decided to come to Canada. We missed three of our five ports. That, though, was due to weather which I can see. Our problems started at the LaGuardia Airport in NYC. We had bought transfers to the ship, but there was a problem with the buses. The busses were nonexistent, and we were told by Princess staff at 3:30 in the afternoon that there would be no busses and 200 people would have to find our on way to the ship and the ship would leave at 5:00 if we were there or not. Most staff members seemed untrained and service was slow or nonexistent. Food in the dinning room was not good to my taste. One night, it took 2 1/2 hrs to eat dinner. Most of the week, it only took two hours to eat. Music in the Piazza was too loud, and we had headaches very quickly. The singers were for the most part not very good. The bright spot for the week was our cabin and cabin steward were excellent. I am not saying the Princess was poor, but they made mistakes, but they tried to help with compensation for the cruise with future cruise credits and reimbursement's for Uber. Still I will not be traveling on the Enchanted Princess again.
Typical balcony cabin on Princess ships. It was clean, comfortable, and the Cabin Steward was very professional.
