We booked NCL cruise air program, our flight to London was cancelled, no help from any NCL personnel, we managed to get on another flight with the help of the American Airline personnel. We contacted the emergency contact number and informed them that we were flighting out on a different airline, we had a transfer to the hotel and our time of arrival in London. When we got to London, our luggage did not arrive, it came on the next flight. We contacted the NCL representative in London airport and she informed us that our paid transfer driver had left, and we should take a taxi to the hotel. We refused and she made arrangements for us to get to the hotel. There was no problem with embarkation, got to our cabin room 9115, the arrangement of the room was so small, and you could not open the closet doors. We went to customer service, and we got moved to another room 10091. We had booked all our dining room times and got confirmation that they were booked from home. When we got to the main dining room at our scheduled time, we were informed they had no record of our conformation, we went back to our room and received a copy of our confirmed conformation. During the cruise we stopped at Belfast, no arrangement was made for shuttle from the dock to town, if you wanted to go to Belfast you had to take a cab at $15 each way. Due to the death of the Queen our stop in Edinburgh was cancelled also Brussels, they stated due to low water levels. We had two (2) extra days at sea and an extra day in Amsterdam. The casino closed early without any notice; we were unable to cash in any money on out sea cards. It was noted that NCL did not make any arrangements with their subcontractors to deal with passengers with mobility issues. It was also noted that Latitudes members were discriminated based on their status level eg: two (2) Platinum members staying in the same cabin one (1) member loses some of their benefits. When we disembarked our credit balance was $0 dollars, upon reviewing our bank statement when we got home NCL put two (2) chances on our credit card without our permission. My wife and I have cruising on NCL since 2004 and I sorry to say this was the worst experience that we ever had with NCL, Will we cruise with them again?
