This was our 3rd time on MSC, in a Yacht Club standard cabin with balcony.

We were expecting the same good feeling after our cruise but felt let down by the constant lack of organization of the whole cruise.

The problem is that the staff had not been trained to do their job, giving out bad information, and not admitting that problems had occurred. There is also an issue with the lack of attention that is no longer present in the Yacht Club, by the concierge desk, who seemed to be frustrated with their job. Read more
