This cruise from Boston to Montreal was to see some new sights in Canada. The ports of Bar Harbor, Charlestown, Quebec were interesting. Sydney and Montreal not so much. The common areas of the ship appear to have been refurbished in the last few months, but the cabins are showing a lot of age with only one electric outlet per cabin and an in room TV that is essentially useless and too small to see.

The crew is great and service is excellent. HAL's dancers and EXC talks are the new form of entertainment the dancers are entertaining, we attended all three shows,

Sept is too early if you want to see fall colors. Locals advised that peak color is typically 1st week of October.

Cabin Review

avoid cabin 3383 at all costs. The cabin on the third deck and immediately underneath the galley. Noisy from 5am to 10pm. we changed to a deck 1 cabin fortunately. Any 3red deck cabin above 3359 is subject to this noise.
