After our previous cruise last year on Silhouette which we really enjoyed, we were really looking forward to the Edge class and also Retreat onboard !!! We had also just completed a back to back on Harmony in Suite Class, so our expectations were high.

How dissapointed we were on this cruise, Staff shortages were obvious with queues at most bars, very little table service, no service at all in the Theatre which put pressure on the "Club" bar which then led to huge waiting times for drinks. Cocktail quality was very poor with most bar staff under pressure which resulted in poor tasting drinks. We did find one barman I Eden who actually did know how to make a proper Mohijto !!

Retreat was no better, 15-20 minute wait in the Retreat Lounge for a drink and most times one barman on the bar in the main Retreat who worked his socks off which led ultimately to poor tasting drinks.

Cabin Review

Sky Suite

Sky Suite cabin at the very back suffered from engine and propeller noise plus vibration
