I have traveled with Viking many times and I am never disappointed. The moment you book your cruise you are cared for. The Berlin Hotel was in the center of town and was world class luxury. Our transfer to the ship and embarkation process was seamless. Our stateroom was well sized with a comfortable veranda. Travel around the ship is very accessible and all staff are very accomandating. The Captian, Hotel Manager and Program Director consistently exceeded our expectations even with the Covid regulations in place during our journey. Daily testing was not intrusive. Cleaning and santitation protocols were very evident. No guest or crew tested positive during our entire trip. The Executive Chef was very creative and the meals showcased the regional ciusine which was very educational. The Siver Beverage package is well worth the money. The daily excursions showcased the towns we visited and the extra excursions offered appealed to many interests. It was often difficult to choose. The disembarkation process went smoothly. We opted for the Prague extension and the Program Director remained with us during that time making sure all excursions were on time and organized even whe the volume of participats was low the trip still took place. I would highly recommend Viking Beyla ship tour. This was my 6th Viking tour and I have never been disappointed.
