we bought the dinning package you could not make reservations until you got on the ship and connected to internet that took an hour, by the time we were able to do that there were no spots available we literally had to beg for a time and it was late we went to guest services and they pretty much said o well not happy at all. We did eat in main dinning room one time for lunch the crew was miserable food was horrible had to ask for a drink 4 times customer service awful the nicest crew on the ship was the cleaning crew for our room i give them 5 stars...
entertainment could have been better different shows maybe all the same very disappointed with the overall cruise.. i did get a spa treatment the front desk not very friendly but the treatment was perfect.. Thinking better training overall in customer service we spend alot of money for service to be less then stellar.
