The cruise ship, personnel service, and food were great, but itinerary changes to arrive at 8:30 at night in Victoria Canada so Norweigen could meet the international docking requirements is not a good port of call. The arrival time was changed later twice. The Buchart Garden excursion was canceled.

The ship berthed at the farthest away than other ships, requiring a long shuttle or walking. The entertainment such as piano bar singer, and other small group singers were very poor. The band and shows were good. Getting the free wifi on my phone was very complicated and hard to remember and stop so it does not keep running out of time. Very honest to inform you if something was going to cost you extra!

I especially liked the little roaming singing group in the buffet and departure. It cheered up the atmosfer and then had a special food treat tray.

Cabin Review

The balcony room was very nice and the door was not drafty. The bathroom and shower were adequate. The bed was comfortable.
