Choose the cruise for the Itinerary. That was great. Ship was overall good to great. The dining room and Lido service was super as was the Tamarind Bar and Restaurant. Some of the shore tours were good, most were so so or worse!!! But the absolute worst was the "Premium 24/7" internet!!!!!!!!! Out for days, if not hours. When it was working, slow to non-existent. But again, the real issue is the lack of customer service since the return. The chat experience was TERRIBLE. The agent claimed to have no supervisor, did not know time zones and gave the wrong time information for calling HAL! Have now been on hold for close to an hour and a half. NO idea as to when an "agent will be online as soon as possible". BTW, this is after sending an email a couple weeks ago. Bottom line, about ready to cancel my next long tour with them!!!
