Our 5th NCL cruise but the first in four years due to Covid and other stuff. OurNCL consultant encouraged us to book Prima as it was sailing when and where we wanted to go and it was brand new. We booked NCL airport transfers as we nearly missed one of our previous cruises however, we landed at 08.20 and no NCL rep. A kind rep from another company took us to "the meeting point". Still no NCL rep. I eventually spotted an NCL uniform and he was very arrogant and said we were not on his list and threatiningly said "if we find out you haven't paid you will be charged", This was despite him seeing our transfer voucher. Another very young rep then turned up and when asked by another passsenger how long was the bus going to be replied "I don't know". We finally boarded the bus over 2 hours after we arrived only to be turned away from the docks. The bus did another circuit of the port and we were eventually let on to the ship.

Our cabin, 9942, was set up as a double so we had to find our steward to get it made into a twin, this then left us without any bedside lights and could only use the main cabin light. Not good if you keep seperate hours from your companion or want to read or go to the bathroom. The beds were also quite high to get into and very narrow.

The bath towels were too small to wrap round and no gowns provided. There was also no coffee maker in cabin until requested. The wardrobes had no hanging space for full length dresses and the rails were so high they were not easy to reach for me (5'3").

Cabin Review

Balcony

Nice and spacious. Bedside lights needed. Beds needed to be seperated, too high and very narrow. No coffee maker until requested. No bath mat for getting out of shower onto a slippy floor. Wardrobe rails too high and no space to handg a long dress. Balcony nice and chairs comfy.
