- Experience at seafood/fish specialty restaurant Ocean Cay was very good

- Breakfast and lunch in main restaurants were much better than the buffet

- Cabin steward was very kind

Cons:

- Long waiting time at bars (across the entire ship) 

- Restaurant staff and some bar staff were not really motivated and definitely not as professional as the staff on other cruise lines - we had the impression that the restaurants and bars are massively understaffed

- food was overall below avg., when comparing to NCL, RCCL or Carnival

- poorly presented food at the buffet places

- it is kind of a hit or miss in the main dining restaurants; we had 3 times entrees which were simply poorly prepared.
