This cruise claimed to be everything and have everything, re imaging the world of cruising with a brand you could trust... What a let down.
The ship itself is modern but dirty, beds unchanged, walls with drinks splashed up them, toilet roll all over the place, lemon and limes clogging up the pool filters and bathrooms that need a scrub. Unchanged beds, dirty balconies and dirty plates stacked in restaurants. What a letdown
Avoid the Galley, it's painfully slow and your food is either cold, forgotten about or simply never arrives. No one actually wants to take your order, everyone is frantically tapping their phones to no avail. They tell you they can't connect and they're very sorry. This is because they connect to ship WiFi to take the order, in concept it sounds great, in reality it's painful and they can't use them. If they do, the order goes missing or arrives cold.
